What I Do
Hello, my name is Ruby Irons. I am a recent grad from San Francisco State with a degree in Apparel Design and Merchandising. Fashion, art, and expression are everything to me. On top of design, I love collaborating, creative direction, and styling fashion shoots. I specialize in sourcing vintage textiles and clothing from all eras and curating wardrobes.
Senior Collection - May 2026
My senior collection features five head-to-toe looks that I had the opportunity to design, draft, and sew over the course of my spring semester.

"Daisies Attic"
This collection is inspired by my childhood memories of playing dress up in my mother's closet. Her style has always been my biggest inspiration and the start of my obsession with vintage clothing and fabric sourcing. Every look was styled, sewn, and sourced by me.

Look #1
"Queen of Everything"
Vintage lace babydoll dress, wool and fur shawl with a velvet ribbon tie. Tiara made of vintage lace and beads.

Look #2
"I See London"
Pink organza blouse with lace collar and sleeves. Matching skirt with black trim, lacey underwear sewn on top. Matching bralette underneath and an embellished vintage purse.

Look #3
"Silky Drawers"
Blouse with a Renaissance sleeve sewn from silk chiffon. A lowback grey slip dress pairs with silver-studded tights.

Look #4
"Party Girl"
Tea-length circle skirt made from embroidered tulle, a cropped tie front blouse with vintage lace trims, and a layered tulle bustle.

Look #5
"Cocktail Feathers"
1920s-inspired ostrich feather tie-front shawl, white silk midi slip with a sheer sequined back and low waist.
